Instructions for use:

2. Mixing: Once Emulgator SX is melted, mix it with the oils and fats you wish to include in the emulsion.
3. Adding water: When the mixture of oil and emulsifier is homogeneous, gradually add water, which should also be heated to an appropriate temperature (around 70 °C), and mix to form an emulsion.
4. Cooling: After the emulsion is stable, gradually cool it down while continuing to mix to prevent phase separation.
